What is the available space size?

The building first floor consists of two large rooms each 25 ft wide by 28.5 ft long and 14 ft ceilings. The two rooms are connected by a long open hallway that is 8 ft wide by 30 ft long. The front lawn is also available for tents, yard games, bounce houses, outdoor ceremonies.  There is a large ~ 20 Ft X40 Ft area in lawn.

Capacity?

Building max 100 people

Weddings max 75 people

During appropriate weather the outdoor lawn space can be used in the front lawn as open area, ceremony space,  or any other meeting need. Outdoor tented options available. 

Are tables & chairs included?

Tables and chairs are always included. 

Customizable Layouts?

Our event space is fully customizable, allowing you to create the perfect layout for your event. Whether you need a dance floor, dinner, birthday, or a seating arrangement, we can accommodate your needs.

Do you allow prep/clean up time?

The packages have setup and teardown already included in the access period, If you would like to add additional setup or teardown we can accommodate at a discounted rate assuming the before or after time is not already booked.  

If renting just the venue only by the hour, no package deals, we will define the access period to include 30 mins of setup. If additional time is needed, another hour must be rented.

Do you require additional insurance/licencing?

Only If you will be having alcohol at your event then we require proof of 1-day event liability insurance/host liquor liability, 10 days prior to your event. This can be purchased from your home or auto insurance provider or easily online by many independent companies. Depending on the event size a licensed bartender may be required at the discretion of The Lincoln Event Center staff.

Sound Equipment & Display?

The north room of the building has a 65" Roku TV with wall HDMI port to display or stream any of the apps on the TV. We also have a bluetooth soundbar in each room as well as dual wireless speakers. Stream music from any device with bluetooth. 

Climate Control?

The space is heated and cooled for year-round service. 

WIFI?

The space has available wifi throughout the building.

Parking?

There is plenty of onsite parking behind the building or along 111th st. The parking lot is gravel & grass. 

Location?

We are conveniently located at 1141 Lincoln Rd Allegan MI 49010. The driveway is accessed along the back side of the building from 111th st. 

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required for all by the hour rentals to secure the date. Packages and specials also required a fixed rate deposit determined by package size at time of booking. NO BOOKINGS ARE SECURE UNTIL WE HAVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT PAID.
